Participants at the 2003 Fall Conference in Pleasant Prairie elected the chapter's 2004 officers and approved revisions to the chapter's bylaws on November 7, 2003.
The revised bylaws split the chapter's combined secretary/treasurer position to separate secretary and treasurer positions. In addition, the chapter created a designated Alternate Delegate to represent the Wisconsin Chapter in the APWA House of Delegates.
