In summary, the conference will begin with a Wednesday night reception to meet and greet your fellow members and friends.The general agenda for the conference will follow the standard pattern for chapter conferences, with technical sessions through the day on Thursday followed by committee meetings and an evening banquet. Friday's agenda includes technical sessions and lunch, ending with door prizes. The conference also includes a Chapter business meeting, election and installation of Chapter officers.

The conference will be hosted by the City of Wausau, with Brad Marquardt as Chair. Mike Lemens, as chair of the conference program committee and with the support of the chapter's committees, will coordinate the conference program and sessions with the conference host committee.
