Attendee Invitation The City of Greenfield would like to invite you to our 8th annual Public Works/ Parks/ Building & Grounds Expo. Since our first Expo, the event has doubled in size with over 90 VENDORS and more than 800 ATTENDEES. Come for the day to see and learn about the latest equipment, techniques, and services available. Stay and enjoy a free presentation and lunch. Admission is FREE to all who attend – tell your friends/co-workers.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FORM (Pending) Vendor Invitation The City of Greenfield Division of Public Works will be hosting it’s 8th Annual Outdoor Public Works/ Parks/ Building Grounds Expo at Konkel Park (5151 W. Layton Ave.) in the market area on Thursday, October 6, 2022. The Expo provides a great opportunity for your company to exhibit your products and services to personnel who are responsible for using, specifying and/or purchasing equipment, materials and services related to the public works, parks, and building grounds. Vendors will receive great exposure which translates into a remarkable opportunity to network and develop personal contact with Expo attendees and should prove to be very beneficial to your business. Vendors are encouraged to bring everything needed to display products. This is a rain or shine event, so be prepared. Heavy equipment set-up is on Wednesday 7:30 AM-3:30 PM (overnight security will be provided) and Thursday 6:00 AM-8:30 AM for everyone else. There is a door prize drawing after lunch. Please indicate on the reservation form if you would be willing to donate prizes for the raffle. VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM Who’s Invited To Attend... The target market audience includes every city, village, town, county – public works, School District, Parks & Recreation, emergency management and more. There will be attendees ranging from department heads to field crew members throughout the State of Wisconsin and beyond. Expo Highlights...- Complimentary admission—all attending need to pre-register and check in at arrival
- Complimentary lunch at noon under the tent is provided by Payne and Dolan
- Short training and safety presentation associated with the industry will be held after lunch
- Centralized location with easy access and free on-site parking
- Raffles / drawings
- Ability to accommodate large pieces of equipment
Please use attached form to reserve exhibit area(s). Space is limited and will be awarded on a “first come, first reserved” basis. We urge you to reserve your space NOW to insure a prime location at the 2023 Expo. Please include updated Certificate of Insurance. VENDOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE - August 25, 2023.
