This session will help owners and designers understand the differences in rigid vs flexible storm sewer pipe. Connecting highway projects are typically owned by a municipality, designed by a consultant and let by WisDOT. Should it be the municipality, WisDOT, the low bid contractor, or the design consultant that ultimately decides on what pipe type should be used?
